By using Ocality you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information in the intake form.
• You must own or lawfully control the phone number you submit; OTP verification is required.
• Your phone number is never published. We share it with agents one at a time, only after they accept your lead.
• You can request immediate removal at /delete.

The agent app is provided to verified Kenyan real-estate agents. By using it you accept the following terms in addition to the rest of this document.

• Verification. We may require proof of identity, professional registration, or zone coverage. We may suspend or revoke your account at any time for cause.
• Lead unlocking. Browsing leads is free. Unlocking a lead’s full phone number costs tokens, deducted from your wallet at the price displayed at the moment of accept. Pricing may vary by tier and recency.
• Token wallet. Tokens are non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel a transaction for fraud, duplicate accept, or platform error. Tokens have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Acceptable contact. You may contact a seeker only about the property brief they submitted. No bulk messaging, no harvesting, no resale of seeker contacts, no contact for unrelated purposes.
• No scraping or replication. You may not scrape, copy, replicate, or redistribute the lead feed or any seeker information. Automated reads are rate-limited and abuse may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of token balance.
• Ratings & reporting. Seekers may rate your conduct. Repeated negative ratings, complaints, or breaches of these terms may lead to suspension.

• No fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits or auth.
• No use that violates Kenyan law or third-party rights.

Ocality is a marketplace introducer; we are not a party to any rental or sale contract between seekers and agents. Listings, prices, and property details originate from third parties and are not warranted by us. The service is provided “as is”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocality is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for the conduct of any agent or seeker using the platform. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the token amount the affected user has spent on the service in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
